Return Materials Authorization Instructions

| 1.Contact xiLinux Systems Inc. Technical Support
If there is a problem with your xiLinux Systems Inc. computer, call or e-mail technical support and describe the problem before you contact customer service.
Please note that adding or changing any components against the advice of a technical support representative voids the warranty of the effected system. Any sign that the serial number on your system has been altered or tampered with will also void the warranty.
2. Customer Service Will Arrange for a Replacement
If a technical support representative believes that a component exchange or system replacement is needed, he or she will connect you with our customer service department. We will ship replacement parts within two business days (contingent upon availability) and make every effort to expedite the replacement of a system when necessary.
Any replacement product will contain instructions on how to send defective products back to xiLinux Systems Inc. Related shipping charges will be covered only within 30 days of your original system invoice.
3. Repackage the component or system
Please carefully repackage the component or system in the materials provided. Make sure the RMA number provided by your Customer Service representative is clearly visible on the outside of the box and is written on the inside as well. If you have not been given an RMA number, e-mail support@xilinux.com to receive one.

Please note that any product returned to xiLinux Systems Inc. without an RMA number becomes the property of xiLinux Systems Inc., and xiLinux Systems Inc. is not obligated to provide a refund or replacement for such returned products.
4. Receive Your Credit Memo for Your Replacement Part or System
When we ship your replacement, a corresponding invoice will be issued. You must return the original product within 10 business days, or our accounting department will collect on this invoice. Otherwise, you will be issued a credit memo for the cost of the part(s). |
